Als Gym Bondi Junction

This run down gym had the smell of damp carpet all winter, and the smell of old sweat all year around. it was Als Gym in Bondi Junction.

It was the only gym that was old style, this is where I went from big to HUGE.

As you can see all the equipment is old, and there wer every few machines. The difference is that this gym was run by old time bodybuilders and the machines there were useful ones and the bars and racks were looked after well.

Essentially it was perfect for hardcore heavy duty training, big exercises and big weights.
