Behind The Neck Pulldowns
Doing behind the neck pulldowns for width. I find this exercise really hits your outer lats, just below my shoulders here in this photo. This builds width.
Many Gyms no longer let you do this exercise, some even have warning signs that this exercie is not allowed in the gym.
I tell them sorry - 20 years in the Gym - I know what I am doing. Apparently in Australia some idiots loaded up the weight too much, threw it around, hurt themselves and then sued the gym.
