Pumping the Back
These pics come from a series that I started to do on the Thunder website (see Archived Websites on the left) on training - this was obviously the back series.
I only ever got the back and biceps done, back then resizing and writing each page manually was a bit of a pain, and to be honest, I was a bit lazy in this regard.
Not too long after this my injury struck and it was an invalid point anyway.
