Sit Ups
I used to be so lazy with Abs, this is when I first started training them consistently.
Today I just do 2 or 3 sets to complete muscle exhaustion, with forced reps.
I do these every second day, for me this works best, it does not take too long and they are getting a continual hit, but not enough to overtrain.
In fact at one point soon I will change my training to be like this for a month to see the effects.
