Effects of The Rowing Machine


Pumped back. My back has always been a strong point ever since I discovered bent over rows - still one of my favourite exercises.

Rowing and deadlifts arethe two most important exercises for building a huge back. Pulldowns and all the machine exercises just don't cut it.

Generally seated exercises are for finishing or pumping after the solid work sets.
