Here is a good example of why you have to train your abs, even if others will claim doing 'core' exercises (deadlift, squats, benchpress) will work them for you.
After this photo I have always trained abs at least once a week, which reminds me, I have been slack on them again recently. You know what that means - first thing tomorrow in the gym 9 sets of abs before I even think about what I am going to train.
