Dumbell Rows - 14 aug 06
Starting with dumbell rows, haven't done these first in years.
A 'light' and slow motion throughout the movement with a full stretch at the bottom followed by slow pull up then slow down, about 3 second count each way.
3 sets of 10 for each side on these. I can feel these, before I never could feel my back, I will add these back into my training for a month and see how they feel then.
