Pavlova
Invloving lots of sugar and egg whites whipped into a frothy sugary foam then it is baked wit ha super sweet crust forming and 'excotic' fruits are added to the top as well as whipped cream. The fruits are usually strawberrys and kiwi fruits though in no way is the Pavlova limited to these two fruits. For some reason this desert is named after the famous Russian Ballet Dancer Anna Pavlova
