That leg press was completly abused. We would stack it with as many 50lb plates as it would take, then we would throw 100lb and 90lb dumbells on top.
Then we would sit on top.
The most ever was Harry with all this me and his brother sitting on top.
After that it was agreed that it was too much effort to use the leg press unless it was one leg at a time.
And so one legged leg press started featuring in our workouts on a regular basis.
