If I cut out the whole chickens and 1 cup protein powder shakes I probably could have had the full 6 pack.
Yes, full chicken. My flatmate Darren and I used to grab a full chicken each on the way home after the workout. We'd pop 1 cup of protein powder into the blender each and drink that immediately on returning home, then have turns showering.
Then we'd sit down and plough through a full chicken and potatoe for lunch.
Ahhh.... those were the days....
