I do not like this photo - that is why it is good.
It clearly shows I have always neglected my ab training they never grew any size and my stomach looks floppy.
I like photos of my weak points to remind me to stop being a lazy bugger and to train them.
Which reminds me, I have not trained abs for about 2 weeks again. I'll add them after every workout this week to compensate.
