9 July 2006 - Incline Dumbell Bench Press
Next came inclined dumbells - 3 sets, this weight is heavy for me, though I believe it is more my triceps than my chest that is giving out.
90lbs each hand - I need to pick this one up a bit, and will do by doing them every week for a while. Also the fact I am adding barbell bench presses back into my work out will increase my chest strength considerably.
