Seated Lat Spread
Training with Harry got me to do deadlifts.
Before this I had done bent over rows every workout for strength as a wrestler - I wanted a strong back.
At the peak of training I got to 700lbs deadlift, for 1 rep with no wrist wraps and no gloves - it took a lot of wor to get my grip strength to this point.
In fact my grip was s strong even with the help provided by wrist wraps I was only able to pump out 3 reps at 700 pounds.
That was very good considering I had to lift the weight twice as far as eveyone else.
