Arm Curls Pumping up with 21's
For a massive pump and burn do 21's
- First you do 7 half reps from bottom to mid range
- Second do 7 half reps mid range to top of the exercise movement
- Finally finish with 7 full reps.
The first time you do these you think what a joke, these feel like nothing because of the light weight you use. After the secend phase you start to get an idea of what is coming.
If you aren't grimacing in total pain by the end of these you must be on Morphine.
A great way to finish your next arm workout.
