April 2006 Mean Agressive Look

In Ao Nung, the small tourist destination not far from Krabi in Southern Thailand is where we stayed while we shot the pirate movie.

This small room, about 6 meters by 4 meters has one universal machine that is so light I cannot even warm up. In fact to finish shoulders I shoulder pressed sets of 50 on the squatting attachment.

Besides that there was one chest flyes machine, a barbell with 300lbs, a bench and a couple of 40lb dumbells.
I trained here for 3 weeks.

I hate it when people say they want to get big but then whinge that their gym has no equipment - that's just an excuse.
